Meet Carina
Lunaria Botanical is led by Carina Aul, a Sunshine Coast based wedding florist known for creating modern, romantic and editorial floral designs. With over six years of experience in the wedding and events industry, Carina brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every celebration she designs.
Her love for floristry began in her Nan’s garden, where an appreciation for natural beauty, seasonality and organic form was nurtured from a young age. Today, that early inspiration shapes her design style, blending refined colour palettes, sculptural elements and textural blooms inspired by the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Carina works closely with each couple to create florals that feel deeply personal and intentionally designed. From intimate ceremonies to large scale installations, her focus is always on creating floral moments that enhance the atmosphere, reflect your story and feel timeless long after the day has passed.

Lunaria Botanical was a huge part of why we loved our wedding day so much. The flowers and greenery were beyond anything I could have dreamed of and we received so many compliments from our guests. When our ceremony had to move indoors, the florals truly made the space. The portable floral stands looked incredible and many guests didn’t even realise the indoor ceremony was our backup plan. Knowing everything was handled so calmly took away so much stress, which is such a gift on your wedding day. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clear vases for our bouquets later in the day to the seamless communication throughout the entire process. The flowers were stunning, but the service was just as exceptional. Working with Lunaria Botanical made florals the easiest part of our wedding to organise.
